I’ve worked on several of my works in progress (WIP) this past week, and I started a new one. My guild has a challenge quilt “competition”. This year the Crayon challenge was chosen. We picked 3 Crayons, sight unseen, out of the bag. Those are the 3 colors that we are to use in making our challenge quilt. We can ad black, white, or gray with them.
Here are the colors that I picked from the bag, and the design that I drew up to use:
And, here are the blocks up on my design wall. I fear I will be disqualified as some look more orange than scarlet, but they did come out of the same charm packs.
Green, green. Here is the progress on green. The chenille hot pads are ready to be finished up. I got quite a few of the St. Patrick’s Day hexagons sewn together for the table topper.
Time to share my progress on the t-shirt latch hook rug. I think I will share this at the end of each month so that progress can be seen.
I did finish the Zipped Kitties quilt and needs to get pictures taken. I also finished up the St. Patrick’s Day wall hanging. I’ve been cutting up t-shirts for future projects—mostly because I need the tops for rags 🙂
