This month’s color for RSC is red. I spent some time getting out red fabrics. Seems I have a LOT of red. Before I go on about that, let’s look at my to-do list from last week.
- Work on plastic canvas blocks in red.–not yet
- Pull out red fabrics for February.–done
- Cut red fabrics for projects.–done
- Work on soda cap trivets.–cut out the red circles
- Get 3rd advertising type post written here on my blog.–done
I pulled out red fabrics, pressed it, and cut some of it for projects. Those projects are actually also pressed and pinned, ready for sewing. I know there is only some red in the hearts fabric, but with Valentine’s Day around the corner I thought that print would be cute for the pocket tissue covers.
I finished a red double crocheted hot pad and a red hacky sack. I made a set of red bandana print coasters to list in my ebay store. I only had 2 burp rags left in my booth so I dug thru my flannel pieces and found what I could to be able to make 3 burp rags.
Next week I hope to:
- Work on plastic canvas blocks in red.
- Finish the projects I have ready to sew in red.
- Crochet another hot pad and hacky sack in red.
- Finish a red soda cap trivets.
Should be an easy enough list to complete.
