Was not my intention to miss 2 weeks of posting. As I’ve said many times, I need to work on my blog thruout the week as Wednesday’s are so busy for me.
I had the pictures for last week ready and intended to put a post up after church last week. I came home and totally forgot until too late. I’m sharing these same pictures for this week.
In the meantime, this was my last posted to-do list:
- Work daily in eBay.–somewhat at least
- Work on jingle bell blocks over the weekend.–have been doing this but it’s slow going
- Work as I can on the hand sewn quilt.–did this after I finished rugs
- Finish finger crocheted t-shirt runner rug for in front of the couch.–finished and crocheted another too.
Please right click to open any links in a new tab or window so that you don’t lose your place here on my blog. Thanks!
I finished finger crocheting the runner rug for in front of the couch. Immediately I knew I wanted to crochet a larger rug for another part of the floor. I crocheted it with a Q hook and 4 strands of yarn.

Then I went back to work on the hand sewing of squares for a quilt. I sorted and have all my squares pinned in sections. I’m knowing though that no matter how much I am enjoying the hand sewing, I need to work on other projects too.

This next week I hope to:
- Get pictures taken for more eBay listings.
- Work on plastic canvas squares for blocks.
- Hand sew squares together.
I’ll keep it short then maybe I will surprise myself.
I link up with the following blogs:

Your projects are looking great!
Your rugs and hand piecing projects are looking lovely! I’m curious — what are you doing over on eBay? Selling odds and ends that have accumulated around the house, or are you selling handmade items there?
Mostly items I make, but actually quite a few other items as well. My store link is https://www.ebay.com/str/marshasspot if you want to check it out. I have a lot of items yet to get listed.
Some weeks it’s a definite challenge to get a blog post written, plus get the photos taken. Hope this week has been as productive.
Love those little rugs! Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss. https://www.inquiringquilter.com/questions/2025/10/01/wednesday-wait-loss-452
Marsha your rugs turned out beautifully. Hope you’ve been having fun with the hand stitching. Thanks for sharing on To Do Tuesday.
