I finished 11 more of the fabric gift bags over the long holiday weekend. This brings my total to 14 and I have 11 more to make.
My list from last week:
- Finish 2 more fabric gift bags, and cut fabrics for more.-far surpassed this
- Finish all XML files for cross promos in 2026 with my traffic exchange.–DONE!!
- At least get the rest of the washcloths listed on eBay–totally forgot to do this!
- At least 4 more blocks made for the hand sewn quilt.–only 1 block done

I almost have the fabrics cut for the remaining 11 bags. I can’t wait to get them done and start filling them. As a reminder, I found the pattern HERE.

Busy evening today. The boys have to be at church earlier for the 1st dress rehearsal for the Christmas program. After supper we are going to be packing meals in bags. A full but fun and fulfilling evening.
For next week I hope to:
- Finish 4 more fabric gift bags.
- Start filling the gift bags as I can.
- At least get the rest of the washcloths listed on eBay
- At least 4 more blocks made for the hand sewn quilt.

You are doing great making gift bags and they look awesome! 🙂
You have some really fun bags finished. Good luck with all your goals this week. Practice for Christmas programs already? I’m just not ready for that.
Lovely job on those bags! Almost done. What do you think you will fill them with? I can’t wait to see. Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.

Well…..there will be candy in all the bags. I have little things for the children’s bags. I have lip balm to all. I have socks for the women and in hopes of gathering enough money to buy men’s and children’s socks. I have some smaller toys for the children as well. Plus I have made some jar openers for the adults and hope to make wristlet keychains for them as well.
Cute gift bags! Thanks for sharing your progress and the link for the bags in Sew & Tell.
