OMG! I didn’t pay attention to the calendar to see that Memorial Day is on the usual day for guild. Nor did I get to the emails telling me that we were meeting a week early. This means that I missed the challenge. So, now you get to see it. It was to make a quilt based on a song. I chose Up Up and Away. Here is the quilt I would have shown.
As for last week’s to-do list:
- Get right into routines at my home.– yeah, not so much.
- Read and/or listen 1 ebook/audio book in Great Life. –failed again…really must get to the time management one!
- Continue to work on the cross stitch–some
- Pull out pink scraps for May’s color with Scrap Happy. –done
- List a minimum of 10 items on eBay.–listed 1, relisted several and changed pricing on some.
- Finish sewing rows on Warm Embrace quilt top.–done
I did get pink scraps out for this months Super Scrappy color.
I did get the rick rack on the Warm Embrace quilt top. I really like how it looks and makes the blocks look totally different.
I am home for the summer, with the exception of driving each day of the week to babysit. At least that is the plan right now. I’m not real sure yet what that means as far as what I will get done. So far I’m not seeing myself getting in to any type of routine like I need to.
Let’s see what I can do over the next week with a to-do list:
- Get to the library to make in memory of Elizabeth iron ons for our family get together.
- Read and/or listen 1 ebook/audio book in Great Life. — time management one on the top of my list.
- Continue to work on the cross stitch
- Make pink scraps into crumb blocks.
- List a minimum of 10 items on eBay.

Marsha you really did make some great progress on this list and I’m looking forward to seeing how you’ve done this week. Your Chalkenge quilt (I love the balloons) and Warm Embrace are beautiful. The Rick rack really does change/enhance the blocks. Thank you for joining ToDo Tuesday. 😁
Love your challenge quilt! So sorry you missed being able to share it. The Warm Embrace top looks lovely. Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.
