This story is for those of you who read my blog regularly. You will remember that I was set to make little memory pillows with part of the sweater my mom wore in the casket and a small zipper bag of ashes in the middle of them. I got the sweater cut and the name sewn on, then couldn’t find her ashes! Well, this past week, a bag that was hanging on a plastic hanger on the clothes rack fell down when the hanger broke. I left it a couple of days then thought I should see what was in it. Right away I seen the NuDerma Gold Anti-Aging Serum that I had been missing for months. I went back to my chair and it hit me that maybe mom’s ashes were also in the bag. Sure enough they were! Here is a picture reminder of what I am making.

My to-do list from last week:
- Finish a plarn tote.–not yet
- Get a 3rd finger crocheted rug started–done and I still forgot to get the picture of the 2nd one.
- Make Block 9, the final block for the Little House Sew Along–Done!
I will start with block 9 of the Little House Sew Along. It was a simple block. It was fun taking part in a sew along again. I’ve not done something like this in a long time. I am not sure yet what I will do with the blocks.

I intended to grab some white plastic bags while at home for the weekend and forgot. Therefore I could not finish the white and black plarn bag. I put a couple more rows on it then moved on to what I could do on the gray plarn bag. I’m far away from enough gray bags to finish it anytime soon either. No worry on my part as I can still work on other bags, just can’t finish one right away.

For this next week I plan to:
- Finish the 3rd finger crocheted rug.
- Remember to take a picture of the 2nd rug.
- Cut flannel for a rag quilt.
- Start a new diamond art.
