OMG! The last 2 Wednesday’s have been busy away from home. I need to start writing up my post in draft as I do things so that Wednesday it doesn’t take as long. Just add that to the many things on my daily to-do list already.
As for the last to-do list I made:
- Get to the library to make in memory of Elizabeth iron ons for our family get together. Did get these done.
- Read and/or listen 1 ebook/audio book in Great Life. — time management one on the top of my list. Still a must to get done.
- Continue to work on the cross stitch –done
- Make pink scraps into crumb blocks.–done
- List a minimum of 10 items on eBay.–done
This is the darker of the iron on transfers that we made at the library. My youngest daughter, Jasmine, did the design. Sadly, as soon as we washed out shirts the transfer cracked.
I decided with my crumb blocks to cut them and do half square triangles to make them crumbier. I will do this with all the previous colors. These are the pink ones from May. I need to check what this month’s Scrap Happy challenge color is.
Yesterday I was able to go to day one of the 3 days retreat. (Thanks friends!) I squared up these blocks that I made at the retreat in April. They are in row and sewing order.
I’ve worked more on the cat cross stitch the past week and also worked on it at the retreat yesterday. It’s getting closer to being done, but still too far from being done.
I have this picture from March. Mostly I’m posting it so that I can really tell that I am getting somewhere on it.
As for a list for this next week:
- Work on plastic canvas jingle bell blocks while babysitting.
- Read and/or listen 1 ebook/audio book in Great Life. — time management one on the top of my list.
- Continue to work on the cross stitch
- Find out the color of the month for Scrap Happy and get the scraps out.
- List a minimum of 10 items on eBay.
- Online clear my email, which is over 100% full while sending out email ads.

Good job on moving your projects along. Sorry to hear that the iron-ons cracked.
Looks like you got quite a few things done this week. Love those pretty retreat blocks. Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.
