I have to catch up again. Last Wednesday was just too busy. I had my women’s book group at church in the afternoon then stayed in town until after family night at church. I took little Lemmy with me for the day. That sure wore me out!
My to-do list from 2 weeks ago:
- Keep working on taking pictures eBay and getting listings done.–major slacking in this area.
- Crochet the rest of my cotton yarn into washcloths.-almost there
- Get all material out to get started on a baby quilt.—-done and working on

The first baby quilt picture is what I had to share last week.

Now, this is what I got done on it over the past weekend at home. I sure intended all the lines of quilting to be going the same way. As you can see, that didn’t happen, and it what happens when you get in a hurry to get something done. Am I going to rip them out and start over on those blocks? Nope, just going to really be a Grandma Marsha original, flaws and all. You can see that I am really close to being done. I have the binding made as well. The baby shower is the 16th, so this should be done in time!

Although I had hoped to have all the cotton yarn crocheted into washcloths by last Wednesday, that just wasn’t possible for me. I am now down to the last 3 to crochet. Once done with those I will be taking all leftover yarn to make washcloths for our use at home.

This week’s to-do list:
- Get serious about taking pictures for eBay and getting listings done.
- Crochet the rest of my cotton yarn into washcloths and make ones for the home.
- Finish the baby quilt.
- Get back to hand sewing the patchwork quilt top.

I’m kinda liking the quilting you did on the baby quilt! It makes it swirl and almost forms a star. Very nice for baby. Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.
