We had our family Thanksgiving gathering last Saturday. We combined my family with my husbands and had 42 people there! It was a fun day, great to see everyone, and lots of good food, of course. A blessing to get to spend time with family.
My list from last week:
- Really get the pictures taken for eBay.-darn it, no!
- See what I can do on the fabric gift bags.–mostly this
- Get other materials ready for Christmas gifts.–didn’t work on this
- Hand sew what I can on the quilt top.-done

I didn’t sew any more rows together, but got several blocks sewn on the quilt top. I can see I will need to add another row on the bottom for sure to make it a decent size. I won’t get much more done on this before next Wednesday as I will be home over a long holiday weekend.

Despite being busy with a family gathering, I managed to get 3 fabric gift bags made. I am trying different things for the draw strings. I pulled out and pressed lots of fabrics as well! I found that kids print at the Fair Priced Clothing store, just over a yard of it. Nice! I did, however, look at the pattern wrong and I cut it all going the “wrong” direction.

So for this next week I hope to:
- Finish 2 more fabric gift bags, and cut fabrics for more.
- Finish all XML files for cross promos in 2026 with my traffic exchange.
- At least get the rest of the washcloths listed on eBay
- At least 4 more blocks made for the hand sewn quilt.
