I didn’t make much progress on projects this past week. My list will stay the same as last week.
- Work on the black and white wall hanging.
- Continue to look thru items in my room.
- Work on the little memory pillows for mom.
- Get more brown plastic bags cut into plarn and finish the plarn bag.
- Make more blue yo-yo’s for February’s color.

I didn’t get any more blue yo-yo’s made. I pinned the rows of the black and white wall hanging, but no sewing on them. Once again I didn’t work on the memory pillows, and this makes me sad that I’m not taking the time to finish them. I spent the weekend at home working on a jigsaw puzzle that a neighbor brought to me. I didn’t take a picture of it since I didn’t finish it.
Once again I didn’t have enough of the brown plastic bags to finish the bag. I have ONE more row around including the handles. My picture angle is off, but the opening is centered. I will get this finished this next week. The pattern calls for yarn to be crocheted around the top edge and handles. I’m still deciding if I am going to add that.

I did do a project expectantly. I had a birthday party to go to for a great granddaughter turning 2. The list of what she likes included coloring. I remembered I had found the pattern for a coloring bag. I had brought my book with patterns here. Over time I’ve brought fabrics too. I had enough pink to make my first of these coloring bags. She loved it and my grandson told me he thought it was really neat too. I used my heart stitch on the handles and around the top.

I will try to fit in more time for projects this week. I’ve been doing a lot of work on the computer on my site, and working in other sites to earn. I’ve been neglecting ebay even though I have plenty of items to list.

What a great gift! I’m sure your great granddaughter will get so much use out of her new coloring bag. Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.

The crayon bag is really cute. I didn’t spend much time on the computer or in the sewing room this last week. Hopefully you got much more done this week.
