My my……My last post was at the beginning of the month and now I am finally posting again at the end of the month. I just have not had the motivation to work on sewing or crafts. My worries have been other places……earning money to pay for this new laptop. Strangely this make no sense…

WIP Wednesday–Just a Bag
I have nothing to show this week except progress on a bag. We camped this past weekend. I did get out the plastic canvas blocks to work on, but didn’t get too much done there. The good news is that the heating and air is now working properly. I am using my new laptop. So…
WIP Wednesday–The Dress
Most blogs that I link to are all about quilting or sewing. My apologies as this week I only have one picture. It’s the finished crocheted dress. I could have taken a picture of my desk cleared for sandwiching, or the backing that is now on the ironing board to be pressed, but decided not…
WIP Wednesday–Request
I got a request. I will write more about that later in the post with a picture. This request is top priority for me right now. I didn’t get any more work done on the hand sewn quilt. I made this my list last week: Please right click to open any links in a new…
WIP Wednesday–Life’s Loops
Life….always throwing us for a loop. My mom passed away yesterday. We are thankful that it was fairly quick, that she didn’t suffer long. Down one day, hospice 2 days later and passed away 2 more days later. With Christmas being next Wednesday I won’t be doing a post. I will be home for 2…
WIP Wednesday–No Sewing
No sewing is getting done. This includes getting the orange scraps out for the super scrappy monthly color. I am going to bring my sewing machine here to the little house next week. Last week’s list included: Please right click to open any links in a new tab or window so that you don’t lose…

WIP Wednesday–Another Busy Wednesday
Another busy Wednesday so later in the day than I like to get my blog post written. I need to learn to put it into draft and write it as I get things to take pictures of. My son is home as of Friday morning. He wanted to go camping. Since we were already going…
WIP Wednesday–Distracted
Not quite sure, but I think one of my middle names should be distracted. The other middle name would be busy, of course. Our massive success team leader, Rob Gehring, challenged us to do a youtube short every day for 30 days. It’s a way to brand ourselves, but also a way to make us…
WIP Wednesday–Secret Sewing
I did sew this past week, but it’s secret sewing, so I’m not able to share it here yet. I worked on my challenge quilt for guild. Since there are a few of the guild members who look at my blog, I can’t share it until after we do our reveal at guild in May….
